Set goals, smash the work, and never quit!

That is what we are told, aren’t we? Of course, they are all important, but to be honest without working on ourselves we are likely to fail on at least one of the three.

Imagine being Lewis Hamilton, I know, a bit of a stretch but go with me here. You have the car, a nice, super fast Mercedes-AMG F1 W13 E Performance, you have the goal to win the Formula 1 World Championship, and of course, you are never going to quit turning up to every race and trying your hardest. After all, you are Lewis Hamilton.

Now imagine you are the car, and you don’t service it, maintain it, develop it, use the correct fuel, etc, you can have all the goals, work ethic, and never say die attitude in the world, and still fail massively. That is because, you would have neglected to work on yourself (the car), outside of your business.

So, what are the 7 things we can work on to keep ourselves in tip top shape for success?

  1. Regular exercise
  2. Healthy eating
  3. Getting enough sleep
  4. Meditation or…
