Passive Action Versus Massive Action

What are they and are you concentrating enough on the right one?

This is something I have been thinking about for a while now. The difference between Passive and Massive action.

So what is the difference?

Passive Action is the process of learning, developing, perfecting, and getting ready for action. Maybe it is a process of trying to achieve the motivation to finally take action. However although hugely important, on its own, it is useless.

We are all told how important it is to broaden our minds and learn more skills by reading books, listening to podcasts, taking courses and going to seminars etc, all for our personal development. And yes, this is all very important. However, although it is helping us develop, ultimately it is not taking us any further forward.

Massive Action is all about actually getting started. Not just getting started though but ploughing on regardless of any difficulties or obstacles that may be placed in our way.

In order to achieve Massive Action, one needs to set a goal so important and so compelling that nothing will stop us from taking the steps to achieve it.

That goal then needs to be broken down into very small daily steps that when…
